Author's Note

        'Friend Of The Sea' was inspired by a #MondayFic prompt by Katelyn Buxton. The short tweet I wrote did not seem to give the story justice, so I kept writing! I was not sure where it would lead, but the ideas kept flowing, until I had a full draft. It turns out sometimes procrastinating on other projects leads to creativity.

     This is a first draft, the chapters were posted as I wrote them, with only minimal editing. With time and editing, I hope to polish the story and iron out plot wrinkles.

      In the mean time, thank-you for reading! I hope you enjoy Earwyn's story.
